Cuisine
Shima Tamura's kaiseki cuisine (a multiple-course meal) is prepared by considering the four seasons, the weather, and even the guests' tastes and physical condition. According to the season, we use ingredients that are unique to this region and deliciously serve them.
Dinner
At Shima Tamura, we offer a Kaiseki dish (a multiple-course meal) that can only be enjoyed in the season. Our professional chefs are dedicated to creating dishes by hand to bring out the savoriness of seasonal delicacies from the selection of each ingredient. Aperitifs are also served using ingredients that feel the four seasons.
Breakfast
Koshihikari rice produced in Gunma Prefecture is soaked overnight in Tamura's spring water and cooked a monthly change porridge. The porridge is served with a variety of tasty Obanzai (Japanese dishes). We have prepared a place where you can freely enjoy your breakfast arranged by yourself.
